Our Trip Hazard Annual Service Plan, THASP for short, is a program we designed to help make your life easier. We understand that keeping tabs on your trip hazards can be a bit of a nuisance sometimes. Our goal is to help take this stress off your shoulders. With THASP, you pay a low monthly cost, and twice a year we will come to your site and perform one of our site assessments. Also included in your THASP is 4 emergency repair calls. If, at any point in time a dangerous trip hazard seems to pop up on your property, you can call us and we will immediately schedule a crew to come take care of it for you.

Our trained staff will visit your property twice a year to find, document, and remedy all trip hazards greater than 1/4" in height.

State of the art concrete cutting and grinding to meet or beat ADA standards.

Site ADA Assessment

Our trained staff will visit your site to perform an inspection of all ADA paths of travels and parking areas.

Upon completion, we will submit a detailed report of our findings.

Biannual inspections of your ADA areas.

Our crews will replace outdated or damaged signage, repaint faded curbs, and reset wheel stops at no additional cost.
Parking Lot Hazard Remediation

Our trained staff will inspect your parking lot twice a year to find, document and remediate all hazards.

This service includes remediation of potholes, wide cracks, root humps, broken wheel stops, etc.
