TRIP HAZARD REPAIR

Our initial inspection of your site will have one of our trained personnel, walk all of your pedestrian walkways and public areas (not including the parking lot).  Every change in elevation, along the path of travel greater than 1/4", will be photographed and documented on a site map.   Upon completion, we will submit this report to you for your records and dispatch our trained remediation experts.  Our staff will then either cut, grind, or fill the areas of concern to meet ADA standards, documenting the repair along the way.  Once complete, we will submit the finished report for your records.  We will schedule the next inspection in 6 months.  If a hazard presents itself in between the inspections, call our staff and we will dispatch a crew to remediate the hazard, at no cost to you.  This means your site is now safe, and you can rest easy knowing you have the PASS Pledge.
