PARKING LOT HAZARD REPAIR

Hazards in parking lots are a continuing cause of litigation for our clients.  Potholes, wide cracks, and root damage are continual maintenance issues.  With this service, our professionals will inspect your parking lot twice a year to insure these problems are remedied.  All potholes and wide cracks will be filled with a polymer modified asphalt or concrete, and any hazards created by roots will be ground down to a non-hazardous level.  Any broken wheel stops will be removed and replaced.  Any faded striping will be noted and brought up to your attention to be remedied.
