From November 6th to November 22nd we will be performing parking lot maintenance on your property. Here you can find the move map which shows you where you can't park and on which days as well as other important safety information. If your car is parked in these areas at 7:00 AM your car will be towed.

On this map, there are different colors indicating different stages of the project. Each stage is being done on a different day. Specific dates are also on the move map. You can NOT park in these areas for the ENTIRE day. If you do not abide by these rules, you will cause damage to the parking lot and subsequently be fined for the damage.

The project aims to upgrade and improve the roadways and parking lots throughout the complex. The work will require temporary lane closures, detours, and limited access to certain areas.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to make the necessary improvements to our community. Please note the following important details regarding the project:

The seal coat project is scheduled to begin on March 13th and is expected to last for 5 days.

During the project, there may be occasional noise and dust, and we ask that you take necessary precautions to protect your belongings.

Access to your building and parking spots may be temporarily restricted. Please follow any signage and instructions from construction personnel.

There will be trucks entering and exiting the property during the project, so please be alert and cautious for the safety of all.​

The roadways and parking lots will be covered in black tar. Walking through this, you will ruin your shoes, clothes, and any surface you walk on. This includes the sidewalks, car interiors, and carpet. Please do NOT walk in the project areas until the day after it is completed.
